Shells & White Cheddar

A family favorite! Our Pasta RoniĀ® Shells & White Cheddar flavor blends shell shaped pasta in a creamy white cheddar sauce with other natural flavors. This rich and comforting dish is the perfect complement to your family's favorite chicken, pork or beef recipes.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2/3 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine*

What You'll Do:

  • In a medium saucepan bring water and margarine or butter to a boil. Then slowly stir in pasta. Return to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 12-14 min. or until most of the water is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in milk and Special Seasonings. Return to a boil; cook 1-2 min. or until pasta is just tender. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min. to thicken.

High Altitude Directions:

Increase cook time to 2 to 3 minutes in Step 3.


*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
