Long Grain & Wild Rice

Our Rice-A-RoniĀ® Long Grain & Wild Rice blends tender long grain and wild rice with herbs to create a hearty side dish that's perfect when served with your family's favorite chicken, pork and beef recipes.

What You'll Need

  • 1 2/3 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine*

What You'll Do:

  • In a large skillet, combine rice mix, Special Seasonings, water and margarine or butter; bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

High Altitude Directions:

Increase water to 1 3/4 cups and cook time to 35 to 40 minutes.


*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
