Cheesy Parmesan Chicken

Rice-A-Roni Parmesan Chicken (5.9 oz)

Ingredients

package RICE-A-RONIĀ® Parmesan Chicken
pound uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
tablespoons margarine
1 1/2  cups water
2/3  cup milk
cups fresh baby spinach leaves (optional)
clove minced garlic (optional)

Preparation Steps

1.  In large skillet, combine rice, 1 1/2 cups water, 2 Tbsp. margarine and 1 lb. uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces; bring to a boil.
2.  Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 18-20 min. or until rice is tender and most of water is absorbed.
3.  Slowly stir in 2/3 cup milk and Special Seasonings. Increase heat to high; stir and cook 1-2 min. or until most of liquid is absorbed.
4.  Cover and let stand 5 min. Stir before serving.

Cook Tips and Variations

Add 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves and 1 clove minced garlic when stirring in milk and Special Seasonings.
