Rice-A-Roni Red Beans & Rice (5 oz)
Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

(5.0 ounce) package of RICE-A-RONIĀ® Red Beans & Rice
pound of uncooked boneless pork loin or chicken cut into strips
(14-1/2 oz) can tomatoes, undrained, chopped
1/2  cup chopped onion
1/2  cup sliced celery
1/2  cup chopped green bell pepper

Preparation Steps

1.  Prepare Rice-A-Roni mix as package directs, adding pork, tomatoes, onion, and celery with water, margarine and special seasonings.
2.  Continue to cook as package directs, adding pepper during last 5 minutes of cooking. Stir before serving.
